AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
You will lead and motivate the Key Account Management Team (5-7 FTE) and you will be responsible for their disciplinary leadership.
Together with your team you look after the key accounts of all industries
Together with the Chief Sales Officer you will be part of the strategic and tactical sales planning process.
You develop sales strategies for individual industries and master competitive selling for each of your individual customers
Together with your team, you will ensure the further expansion of the customer portfolio and create account plans for individual accounts.
You are responsible for the individual goal setting and achievement of your team members and conduct feedback and performance discussions
You ensure the continuous development of your team members and support the search and recruitment of new employees

WANTED PROFILE:
You have at least 3 years of experience as a leader of a 3 to 7 person sales team ideally in key account management and are familiar with goal setting, feedback discussions and performance reviews.
You have 3+ years of operational B2B sales and/or account management experience in HR tech or a performance marketing product.
Consultative/Transformational Sales Experience
Experience with long-term client development and joint development of annual plans
You have experience in leading and motivating successful sales teams in a fast-growing business environment
You have a good understanding of online performance marketing or software products and ideally have already had some contact with the recruiting market.
You have a sound knowledge of Salesforce and are familiar with the analysis of data and the creation of reports.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in German (English is desirable)
