The challenge can be met from the home office and at the customers, with a close collegial exchange with the sales team and sales leader.

  • You build up the Customer Success area together in the team on the green field. We develop learning organizations!

  • You take over the strategic consulting of our customers in the preparation and implementation of the solution as a digital platform for lifelong learning.

  • You coordinate client onboarding and develop measures to ensure the successful participation of a wide range of stakeholders from employees to the board, works councils, education committees and managers

  • You understand the trends and wishes of your customers. The necessary budget and the freedom to experiment are a matter of course for us.

  • You use data and KPIs to drive effective action for long-term partnerships, making you a key partner to our customers, sales, product and marketing!

  • Some years (4+) of professional and ideally project management experience in HR Strategy, Learning & Development, Learning Culture, Organisational Development, Change Management and an affinity for digital products.

  • A consolidated set of methods in personnel and organisational development

  • Hands-on mentality, a strong solution orientation, a high quality standard as well as organizational talent

  • Conflict resolution skills and a feel for interpersonal dynamics in groups and organizations

  • Extensive experience/knowledge of small to large organizations/corporations.

  • Proven success stories, preferably related to staff development, learning culture or training, and SaaS products.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German and English

  • Independence and a confident manner in dialogue with (senior) management, executives, HR and employees

  • You're familiar with CRM systems like SalesForce Sales & Service Cloud and software like Slack, MS Office, as well as Numbers, Pages, etc.

  • Enthusiasm/readiness for workshops at our customers' sites (up to 50%)
