The company has its locations in Berlin and NRW.

The challenge can be met from the home office and at the customers, with a close collegial exchange with the sales team and sales leader.

  • You develop strategies in cooperation with the Account Executives in order to define approaches and to be able to convince customers You coordinate measures for the continuous further development of sales documents, campaigns etc. with the Sales Management and the Marketing Department.

  • You will be responsible for the operational management of questions and requirements of the customer regarding data protection, the drafting of contracts as well as the coordination of specific questions with the customer's specialist departments (IT, legal, works council, data protection, etc.).

  • You are the central contact person and interface during the sales process between the customer and the product department to clarify technical requirements or to manage technical POCs

  • You are responsible for tender processes for large customer orders You are the interface between the sales team, product development to share market understanding and internal solutions

  • You will work closely with the post-sales Customer Success team to generate long-lasting customer relationships.

  • You are an assistant at trade shows, user conferences, webinars, etc.

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalentStrategy, Learning & Development, Learning Culture, Organisational Development, Change Management and an affinity for digital products.

  • at least 3 years of experience with Enterprise Solution Consulting in B2B or in the area of (technical) sales support

  • special business acumen and have strong analysis skills

  • Natural curiosity for technology and understanding of business challenges

  • are an active team player who supports the team in company matters

  • fluent German and English
