GERMANY-WIDE (HOME OFFICE) AND AT CUSTOMER SITES

The company is represented at 6 locations worldwide: Walldorf (DE), Krefeld (DE), Berlin (DE), Sofia (BGR), ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NL) and Boston (USA).

The challenge can be done from the home office, with a close collegial exchange to the Sales Team and Sales Leader.

The solution is sold 3-4 days a week at the customers.

  • Expansion of business with existing customers and generation of new customers nationally and internationally (initially with focus on DACH)

  • Independent setting up of sales activities

  • Close coordination with the management and the marketing team

  • Planning and implementation of marketing measures in close cooperation with Marketing and the Head of Sales

  • Sales forecasting in high quality

  • Contribute to the further improvement of appropriate processes, strategies and structures necessary for the achievement of objectives and the expansion of the business.

Aufgaben
ENTERPRISE SALES DIRECTOR
  • If possible, successfully completed studies in the field of economics, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration

  • Several years of relevant experience in B2B sales

  • Background knowledge from the SaaS/Technology/Fintech/Payment sector

  • English language skills: business fluent in spoken and written English

  • Preferred knowledge of various sales methodologies as well as Challenger Sales and Customer Centric Selling.
