The challenge will be met at the company headquarters in Hamburg in close cooperation with the VP Sales and SDR team.

In addition to the headquarters in Hamburg, the company has locations in Indonesia (Customer Support) and Ukraine (Development).

  • Build, lead and scale a world-class SDR team that consistently meets and exceeds quotas while maintaining a great work culture and growing the team from 20 to ~40 over the next year

  • Create an environment of growth, develop individual skills and careers, and drive the hiring and training of new team members in partnership with our talent team

  • Manage and monitor key performance metrics to be successful by implementing best practices for consistent and effective sales processes, and finding innovative ways to improve them

  • Create a great work culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, taking responsibility for consistently achieving individual and team goals

  • Work closely with the VP Sales, our founders, product, customer success, and marketing teams to develop strategy and optimize pipeline activity

  • Have fun! Working in a fast-paced environment can sometimes be tough - but it's crucial not to forget to have fun

  • Fluency in English is a must and all other languages are a big plus

  • A natural leader with a track record of scaling and managing SDR teams of 10+ people in a SaaS and outbound environment.

  • You have successfully managed, coached and scaled highly international and sometimes remote teams

  • Intellectual horsepower - you have a strong entrepreneurial mind and a commercial approach; you have an excellent understanding of sales processes and know how to base your decisions on solid numbers

  • An eye for real talent: you sense talent and know exactly how to hire, develop and retain the right people.

  • You feel at home in a fast-growing environment and understand the benefits and challenges this presents

  • You are a self-starter with high personal drive and are excited to find and close the right leads, but even more excited to coach and build scalable processes that help your team close the right opportunities

  • You are very well organised and have a strong analytical approach - you always have your numbers in view

  • You are a great communicator (our company language is English) and listener
