The challenge will be met at the company headquarters in Hamburg in close cooperation with the VP Sales and SDR team.

Besides the headquarters in Hamburg, the company has locations in Indonesia (Customer Support) and Ukraine (Development).

  • Research, identification and qualification of new sales opportunities

  • Work closely with our powerful SDR team to identify the best sales opportunities.

  • Close new business through remote demos (e.g. through wodurch/zoom/skype) as well as in person (at trade shows and roadshows)

  • Work with our VP of Sales as well as our Customer Success team to identify strategic targets (e.g. regions, customer types, etc.) and commercial partnerships

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with our marketing team to continuously optimize

  • Demonstrate a hunger for success in a close exchange with the VP Sales

  • Keep in touch with customers from all over the world

  • Drive incredible success together with the entire sales team

  • 1-3 years of experience with outgoing calls

  • Solid experience closing high volume, low value deals - you need to be the "transactional" sales machine

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills - you should be a great writer, speaker and listener, able to inspire and keep enthusiasm high throughout the demo

  • Personal drive - you are a self-starter with the ambition to be ahead of the game

  • Intellectual horsepower - you must become an expert in container logistics and international trade within a few weeks, and have the curiosity to learn all its nuances in the years to come as well

  • Flexibility - we are a young and dynamic company

  • Fluency in English is a must and all other languages are a big plus
