The company with over 140 employees has a spacious office in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
You will work with our B2B key accounts in Germany and build long-term business relationships by providing appealing solutions
You are a key advisor to your clients and translate their annual recruiting strategies into a development plan with clearly defined milestones.
You recognize upsell potential by thinking entrepreneurially and familiarizing your customers with the product solutions through competitive selling.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of the recruiting market in various industries and systematically build up your knowledge in order to refute any objections.
You build convincing presentations to illustrate our product at events, trade fairs & customer events, and convince as a speaker both one-on-one and in front of large audiences.
You will work two days in the office (Mon-Thu) and three days (Wed-Fri) in the field throughout Germany (a company vehicle will be provided, also for private use).

WANTED PROFILE:
You have approx. 3+ years of experience in sales and key account management of SaaS / performance marketing or similar. Products
You have a passion for Consultative Sales & Account Management and are eager to develop your professional skills in this area.
You have experience in the strategic expansion of key accounts, are familiar with navigating complex corporate structures and are proficient in upselling methods.
They are curious to learn about innovative products and understand how they create value for your customers.
You are a good listener, empathetic, and it is important to you to build and maintain relationships with people
You are ambitious and motivated to work independently and are always happy to share your knowledge with your team.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in German (English is desirable)
A class B driving licence is required
